Psalm 138
"1 I will praise thee with my whole heart: before the gods will I sing praise unto thee."
We should always be praising Father for all He has done and is doing for us with ALL of our heart. When we praise Him with all of our heart, there is no room for any idols to come in to our heart because we are completely focused on Him alone.
"2 I will worship toward thy holy temple, and praise thy name for thy lovingkindness and for thy truth: for thou hast magnified thy word above all thy name."
We should always be worshiping Father and looking towards Heaven, towards our Messiah Yeshua, and towards His Kingdom. We praise Him for His grace and mercy, and for His Truth (His Word, His Torah). Father has made His Word (His Torah) even greater than His reputation.
"3 In the day when I cried thou answeredst me, and strengthenedst me with strength in my soul."
Father always hears our cries to Him and He always answers us. It may not be right away, but He answers us when the time is perfectly right for us according to His timing, and it is always right on time. Father strengthens us in our souls and helps us to be bold in Him, knowing we are safe, secure, cared for, protected, provided for, and strong in Him and through Him.
"4 All the kings of the earth shall praise thee, O Lord, when they hear the words of thy mouth."
When anyone truly hears His Word, they will thank Him for His Word, and praise Him for giving it to us. When anyone truly hears Him speaking to us through His Word they will be thankful and full of praise for Him and for how wonderful He is toward us in that He cares about us and loves us so much that He gave us His Word (Torah).
He gave us His Word to teach us how we are to live our lives, how we are to worship Him, how we are to stay in righteousness by reading, learning, keeping, doing, and teaching His Word (Torah) to everyone. Through His Word, we know what sin is and we know the blessings for obeying His Word and the curses if we don't.
We also have Yeshua, His Son, His Word, His Torah made flesh, for our perfect example of how we are to live our lives for our Father in Heaven just as Yeshua did. How wonderful and amazing our Father is for giving us the straight and narrow path on which we are to walk out our lives for Him!
"5 Yea, they shall sing in the ways of the Lord: for great is the glory of the Lord."
Everyone who truly knows Father's Ways will sing praises to Father for His Ways. Everyone will praise Him for His grace and mercy and for His Truth (His Word, His Torah, His Son Yeshua). Everyone will praise Him because His glory and honor are above all the earth and above all His creation.
"6 Though the Lord be high, yet hath he respect unto the lowly: but the proud he knoweth afar off."
Even though Father is above all of the earth and His creation, He still looks upon those who are humble and who put themselves in subjection to Him and His Word with favor. He sees that they have a heart for Him and His Ways and love Him dearly and have Him close to them in their hearts. But to those who are proud, haughty, lofty, who place themselves above Father and above His Word, those who do not obey His Word, those people He looks upon and sees that they are far away from Him and don't truly know Him or truly follow Him. He sees they don't truly love Him in their hearts.
"7 Though I walk in the midst of trouble, thou wilt revive me: thou shalt stretch forth thine hand against the wrath of mine enemies, and thy right hand shall save me."
Even though we are in the midst of trouble, surrounded by evil wickedness on all sides, Father is walking with us through it all. He gives us the strength we need to walk through. He keeps us alive in the midst of the danger we are surrounded by. Father puts His right hand between us and the danger or trouble and keeps it from ever touching us or harming us in any way.
"8 The Lord will perfect that which concerneth me: thy mercy, O Lord, endureth for ever: forsake not the works of thine own hands."
Our Father will fulfill His purpose for us, His will in our lives, His will for us. Father's favor (translated as "grace" incorrectly in the kjv) and mercy will continue with His children forever. Father never fails and He will not forsake the work He is doing in our lives.

Be a Good Example So Others See Yeshua Through You
In this post, we will be studying Hebrews 12:1-7...
"1 Wherefore seeing we also are compassed about with so great a cloud of witnesses, let us lay aside every weight, and the sin which doth so easily beset us, and let us run with patience the race that is set before us,"
We are surrounded by people. They are always watching us to see what we say, do, how we think and how we act. These people are all witnesses to who we are, or at least to who they perceive us to be from what they see and hear from us. We need to get rid of any sin that is in us that they can see. We need to get rid of any action or speech that could even be perceived as sin in our lives, whether it is or not, so that they don't think we have sinned in any way.
If we accidentally sin, or even appear to have sinned in their eyes and ears, we need to correct it immediately in their eyes and ears so they can see that our Father has mercy on us all and will forgive us all if we repent and ask for forgiveness of those sins. This can be shown in asking forgiveness from those we offended and making restitution for those sins towards them as well. We all have sinned and come short of the glory of our Father.
"Lay aside every weight", lay aside every sin, because those things will beset us in our own lives and in the lives of those around us. We need to be patient with ourselves and with others, and walk the life we were meant to walk, through following God's Word just like our Savior Yeshua did, so that others will see Him through us.
"2 Looking unto Jesus the author and finisher of our faith; who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is set down at the right hand of the throne of God."
We need to look to Yeshua. He is the author, the beginning, the writer, of our faith. He is the finisher of our faith. Yeshua was there from the beginning, before the earth and the heavens were ever made. He is the very Torah of God made in the flesh. He is our Salvation, our perfect sinless Sacrifice for our sins of transgressing God's Word. He is our hope, our filling up of the Word of God. Yeshua walked Torah all of His life here on earth.
Yeshua became our penalty for our sins so that our sin debt would be paid in full. Yeshua rose and ascended so that we can live eternally with Him. He did this because He knew the joy that He would bring for us and for our Father in Heaven... our salvation from death eternal through His Sacrifice in our place.
Yeshua did not despise the Word of God (Torah). He walked Torah every day... in fact, He is Torah (the very Word of God). Yeshua despised the shame that sin brought to us and took our punishment and He suffered our death for our sins. He took our place. He didn't take our place and suffer our punishment and death so that we can continue to disobey God's Torah.
"3 For consider him that endured such contradiction of sinners against himself, lest ye be wearied and faint in your minds."
Consider ALL that Yeshua did for us, all of the examples He gave us through His walk here on earth. Think about ALL He went through for us, because of our sins. He suffered being called a sinner, even though He NEVER sinned. He taught us the true meaning of Torah and took away the oral laws of the forefathers which they had added to Torah thereby taking away the beauty of God's Torah by making it legalistic and burdensome. Yeshua showed us Torah is not burdensome, it is Light, in every meaning of the word.
"4 Ye have not yet resisted unto blood, striving against sin."
Consider this, we have not yet resisted opposing forces to the point of our death. We have not yet fought against sin to the point of our death. But Yeshua did... and what is sin but the transgression of the law (Torah) of God?
"5 And ye have forgotten the exhortation which speaketh unto you as unto children, My son, despise not thou the chastening of the Lord, nor faint when thou art rebuked of him:"
We have forgotten what God said to us as children (to the Israelites in the dessert). We have forgotten God's Torah, as He originally gave it to us on Mt. Sinai. Remember how God disciplined the Israelites for not following His Torah. He chastened them and disciplined them and corrected them when they disobeyed His Word. They kept following God despite others who didn't. They kept following God even though they sinned because God forgave them of those sins once they truly repented.
Some still disobeyed and didn't take it to heart. They weren't truly loving and following God in their hearts, and they were destroyed, just as those who don't truly follow God will eventually die an eternal death in the end unless they circumcise their heart and truly follow God.
Don't give up just because you are punished for disobedience. Accept the rebuke of God, repent, and continue to follow Him.
"6 For whom the Lord loveth he chasteneth, and scourgeth every son whom he receiveth."
If God did not love you, He would not discipline your. If God is not disciplining you, rebuking you, then you are not truly His son or daughter in the first place. He corrects His children and leads them on the paths of righteousness (His Torah) for His Name's sake.
"7 If ye endure chastening, God dealeth with you as with sons; for what son is he whom the father chasteneth not?"
If we endure discipline and rebuke, if we learn from it and not turn aside from it, if we repent of our disobedience and turn and follow Him and His Ways, then we will be dealt with by God as His children. God shows us mercy and grace. If He sees we are truly repentant and sorry for disobeying Him, His punishment will not be as harsh as it would have been had we not listened to His correction.
God Makes a Way for Our Cleansing
The Israelites were taken out of Egypt by the mighty hand of God our Father, and had just been lead across the Red Sea on dry ground away from the Egyptians who pursued them. The Egyptians were overtaken by the flood waters of the sea coming back together on them. Then God told Moses to take them to Marah.
Exodus 15:22
"22 So Moses brought Israel from the Red sea, and they went out into the wilderness of Shur; and they went three days in the wilderness, and found no water."

Exodus 15:22 tells us how the Israelites were brought from the Red Sea and taken into the wilderness.
From 1 Corinthians 10:1-4 we see that the Israelites were all under the cloud (God's Word/Torah/Yeshua), and that they all passed through the "Red Sea" (Yeshua's Blood) meaning they ALL followed Yeshua and were baptized unto Yeshua (the Torah of God). This was the physical type and shadow of what was to be done spiritually in their hearts.
From 1 Corinthians 10:1-4 we see that the Israelites were all under the cloud (God's Word/Torah/Yeshua), and that they all passed through the "Red Sea" (Yeshua's Blood) meaning they ALL followed Yeshua and were baptized unto Yeshua (the Torah of God). This was the physical type and shadow of what was to be done spiritually in their hearts.
They all ate the spiritual meat (the written Torah) and drank the spiritual drink (Water of Yeshua). In other words, they all knew the instructions of God (Torah) and they all knew what they needed to do if they disobeyed God's Torah, they needed to sacrifice the blood of a perfectly spotless animal that took the place of their sins (Yeshua - The Rock that followed them - think of how He went to find the lost sheep of Israel).
1 Corinthians 10:1-4
"1 Moreover, brethren, I would not that ye should be ignorant, how that all our fathers were under the cloud, and all passed through the sea;
2 And were all baptized unto Moses in the cloud and in the sea;
3 And did all eat the same spiritual meat;
4 And did all drink the same spiritual drink: for they drank of that spiritual Rock that followed them: and that Rock was Christ."

Yeshua was taken into the wilderness after He was baptized:

7 And preached, saying, There cometh one mightier than I after me, the latchet of whose shoes I am not worthy to stoop down and unloose.
8 I indeed have baptized you with water: but he shall baptize you with the Holy Ghost.
9 And it came to pass in those days, that Jesus came from Nazareth of Galilee, and was baptized of John in Jordan.
10 And straightway coming up out of the water, he saw the heavens opened, and the Spirit like a dove descending upon him:
11 And there came a voice from heaven, saying, Thou art my beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased.
12 And immediately the spirit driveth him into the wilderness.
13 And he was there in the wilderness forty days, tempted of Satan; and was with the wild beasts; and the angels ministered unto him."
Matthew 4:1-2

2 And when he had fasted forty days and forty nights, he was afterward an hungred."

The Israelites had been taken our of sin, shown the way to walk on dry ground, and were now being tested by the bitter waters of Marah (see verses 22 and 25 below).

26 And said, If thou wilt diligently hearken to the voice of the Lord thy God, and wilt do that which is right in his sight, and wilt give ear to his commandments, and keep all his statutes, I will put none of these diseases upon thee, which I have brought upon the Egyptians: for I am the Lord that healeth thee.
27 And they came to Elim, where were twelve wells of water, and threescore and ten palm trees: and they encamped there by the waters."

Yeshua was also tested in the wilderness after He was baptized and had fasted 40 days and 40 nights and was very hungry:
Luke 4:1-13
"1 And Jesus being full of the Holy Ghost returned from Jordan, and was led by the Spirit into the wilderness,
2 Being forty days tempted of the devil. And in those days he did eat nothing: and when they were ended, he afterward hungered.
3 And the devil said unto him, If thou be the Son of God, command this stone that it be made bread.
4 And Jesus answered him, saying, It is written, That man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word of God.
5 And the devil, taking him up into an high mountain, shewed unto him all the kingdoms of the world in a moment of time.
6 And the devil said unto him, All this power will I give thee, and the glory of them: for that is delivered unto me; and to whomsoever I will I give it.
7 If thou therefore wilt worship me, all shall be thine.
8 And Jesus answered and said unto him, Get thee behind me, Satan: for it is written, Thou shalt worship the Lord thy God, and him only shalt thou serve.

It is interesting to note that the word "Tree" is defined by Strong's Concordance as: carpenter, gallows, staff, stick, from atsah; a tree (from its firmness); hence, wood (plural sticks) -- + carpenter, gallows, helve, + pine, plank, staff, stalk, stick, stock, timber, tree, wood."
It is also interesting to note that Yeshua was born as the earthly son of a carpenter and thus probably learned that trade as well. He was considered by those here on earth as the carpenter's son:
Matthew 13:54-56
"54 And when he was come into his own country, he taught them in their synagogue, insomuch that they were astonished, and said, Whence hath this man this wisdom, and these mighty works?
55 Is not this the carpenter's son? is not his mother called Mary? and his brethren, James, and Joses, and Simon, and Judas?
56 And his sisters, are they not all with us? Whence then hath this man all these things?"
Matthew 13:54-56

"Gallows" is another word for a wood frame used for hangings. We can see Yeshua as the "staff" which Moses used while leading the Israelites through the wilderness to the Promised Land.
We see the plural "sticks" in this passage:
Ezekiel 37:15-28
"15 The word of the Lord came again unto me, saying,
16 Moreover, thou son of man, take thee one stick, and write upon it, For Judah, and for the children of Israel his companions: then take another stick, and write upon it, For Joseph, the stick of Ephraim and for all the house of Israel his companions:
17 And join them one to another into one stick; and they shall become one in thine hand.
18 And when the children of thy people shall speak unto thee, saying, Wilt thou not shew us what thou meanest by these?
19 Say unto them, Thus saith the Lord God; Behold, I will take the stick of Joseph, which is in the hand of Ephraim, and the tribes of Israel his fellows, and will put them with him, even with the stick of Judah, and make them one stick, and they shall be one in mine hand.
20 And the sticks whereon thou writest shall be in thine hand before their eyes.
21 And say unto them, Thus saith the Lord God; Behold, I will take the children of Israel from among the heathen, whither they be gone, and will gather them on every side, and bring them into their own land:
22 And I will make them one nation in the land upon the mountains of Israel; and one king shall be king to them all: and they shall be no more two nations, neither shall they be divided into two kingdoms any more at all.
23 Neither shall they defile themselves any more with their idols, nor with their detestable things, nor with any of their transgressions: but I will save them out of all their dwellingplaces, wherein they have sinned, and will cleanse them: so shall they be my people, and I will be their God.
24 And David my servant shall be king over them; and they all shall have one shepherd: they shall also walk in my judgments, and observe my statutes, and do them.
25 And they shall dwell in the land that I have given unto Jacob my servant, wherein your fathers have dwelt; and they shall dwell therein, even they, and their children, and their children's children for ever: and my servant David shall be their prince for ever.
26 Moreover I will make a covenant of peace with them; it shall be an everlasting covenant with them: and I will place them, and multiply them, and will set my sanctuary in the midst of them for evermore.
27 My tabernacle also shall be with them: yea, I will be their God, and they shall be my people.
28 And the heathen shall know that I the Lord do sanctify Israel, when my sanctuary shall be in the midst of them for evermore."

Yeshua brings the two "sticks" from Ephraim (the lost sheep of Israel) and from Judah (the house of Judah - the Jews that were still together in the time of Yeshua). These two houses are brought together through Yeshua, and they will walk in God's judgments and observe His statutes and do them (see verse 24 above), and they will dwell in the Land (Heaven) God gave to Jacob (Israel) His son (His children), and His Servant (Yeshua) will be their Prince for ever. God's covenant of peace will be made with them (no more pain, sorrow, death, evil, wickedness, etc.), and God's Temple will be in the midst of them for evermore. God's Tabernacle (Yeshua and His Bride) will be with them and they will be His people.
We see the "Tree" in Revelation 22:14 "Blessed are they that do his commandments, that they may have right to the tree of life, and may enter in through the gates into the city." The "Tree" is Yeshua, Yeshua is the Tree of Life, Yeshua is God's Word (Torah) made flesh. We see this in Exodus 15:

We must understand what sin is. Sin is the transgression of the law. The law is the Torah of God.
We must understand that transgressing the Torah of God is sin.
The only way to be cleansed of our sin is to realize that Yeshua is our perfect, sinless Sacrifice for our sins, He is our Tree of Life. He cleanses us of our sins. If we repent of our sins, and are truly sorry for disobeying God's Torah, and if we turn from our wicked ways of disobedience and start walking in God's Torah again, if we ask for forgiveness, Yeshua will cleanse us of our disobedience and remove our sin debt, He will forgive us.
But we must also remember that, just because we have been forgiven and our waters have once again been made sweet, that we cannot continue to sin by disobeying God's Torah and make our waters bitter again.
We must keep God's statutes and ordinances, we must listen diligently and hearken to the voice of the God our Father, and we must do that which is right in His sight (obey His Torah), and we must give ear to His commandments, and keep all His statutes. Then we will be cleansed of the diseases (sins) of this world, then we will be healed.
While we are in the dessert we must come to "Elim" (a place in the dessert), where there are the twelve wells of water (the 12 tribes of Israel), and threescore and ten palm trees (7-perfection-Torah x 10-completeness-Yeshua = 70): and encamp there by the waters of God (Torah + Yeshua = Completeness in God our Father - our Elohim-Beginning and Ending).
What is Righteousness?
Do not be deceived, if you do righteousness you are righteous even as Yeshua is righteous (vs. 7). What is righteousness but the Word of God, God's Torah, God's law (vs. 4)?
We are to purify ourselves "even as He is pure" (vs. 3). We are not to transgress the law thereby sinning (vs. 4). We are to abide in Him (vs. 6) by not sinning. Sin is the transgression of the law of God (vs. 4).
1 John 3:1-10
"1 Behold, what manner of love the Father hath bestowed upon us, that we should be called the sons of God: therefore the world knoweth us not, because it knew him not.
2 Beloved, now are we the sons of God, and it doth not yet appear what we shall be: but we know that, when he shall appear, we shall be like him; for we shall see him as he is.
3 And every man that hath this hope in him purifieth himself, even as he is pure.
4 Whosoever committeth sin transgresseth also the law: for sin is the transgression of the law.

"Righteousness" = just, lawful, righteous man;right in law, not in penalty; just, righteous in conduct and character (Strong's Concordance). in a broad sense: state of him who is as he ought to be, righteousness, the condition acceptable to God;the doctrine concerning the way in which man may attain a state approved of God;integrity, virtue, purity of life, rightness, correctness of thinking feeling, and acting;in a narrower sense, justice or the virtue which gives each his due (Greek Lexicon).
Do You Love Adonai (God)? or Do You Love Yourself?
If it's not in His Word, it is a lie. Beware of false prophets that come in His Name, they are not come from Him, they are come from the adversary. They will teach against His Word. Beware of them This is how we will know the anti-christ.
Daniel 7:24-27
"24 And the ten horns out of this kingdom are ten kings that shall arise: and another shall rise after them; and he shall be diverse from the first, and he shall subdue three kings.
25 And he shall speak great words against the most High, and shall wear out the saints of the most High, and think to change times and laws: and they shall be given into his hand until a time and times and the dividing of time.
26 But the judgment shall sit, and they shall take away his dominion, to consume and to destroy it unto the end.
27 And the kingdom and dominion, and the greatness of the kingdom under the whole heaven, shall be given to the people of the saints of the most High, whose kingdom is an everlasting kingdom, and all dominions shall serve and obey him."

Those who transgress the Word of God will be judged by God:

God sent His Arm, Yeshua (Jesus) to be our Intercessor, our Salvation. God's righteousness sustained Yeshua because He wore it as a breastplate. Yeshua wore a helmet of salvation and garments of vengeance. He also wore zeal for God's Word (Torah) as a cloak. Yeshua will come back and take vengeance for God and His Word against His adversaries. He will repay as recompense (that which you sow, that you will reap)...
Isaiah 59:16-18
"16 And he saw that there was no man, and wondered that there was no intercessor: therefore his arm brought salvation unto him; and his righteousness, it sustained him.
17 For he put on righteousness as a breastplate, and an helmet of salvation upon his head; and he put on the garments of vengeance for clothing, and was clad with zeal as a cloak.
18 According to their deeds, accordingly he will repay, fury to his adversaries, recompence to his enemies; to the islands he will repay recompence."

The Spirit of God will lift up a standard against the adversary when he floods in. Yeshua will come to those who stop transgressing God's Word:
Isaiah 59:19-20
"19 So shall they fear the name of the Lord from the west, and his glory from the rising of the sun. When the enemy shall come in like a flood, the Spirit of the Lord shall lift up a standard against him.
20 And the Redeemer shall come to Zion, and unto them that turn from transgression in Jacob, saith the Lord."

If you are truly saved and filled with the Holy Spirit, the Holy Spirit will not depart from you: God's Words will be in your mouth and they shall not leave your mouth, nor will it leave your children, grandchildren, etc. for ever. This is His covenant with His children:
Isaiah 59:21`
"21 As for me, this is my covenant with them, saith the Lord; My spirit that is upon thee, and my words which I have put in thy mouth, shall not depart out of thy mouth, nor out of the mouth of thy seed, nor out of the mouth of thy seed's seed, saith the Lord, from henceforth and for ever."

Do you have the True Holy Spirit living in you, or a false spirit? Do you follow God's Torah, or your own (the adversaries words)? Have you turned from transgressing His Word (Torah), or are you still continuing in your sin, the sin Yeshua died to forgive?
The real question is simple:
Do you love Adonai (God)... or do you love yourself?
The Adversary is Deceiving Many - Do Not Fall For the One World Religion!
The pope is trying to convince everyone that every religion is the same. THEY ARE NOT!!!
There is ONLY ONE WAY to Heaven, salvation through Yeshua HaMashiach (Jesus our Messiah):
Matthew 1:21-23
"21 She will give birth to a son, and you are to name him Yeshua, [which means ‘Adonai saves,’] because he will save his people from their sins.”
22 All this happened in order to fulfill what Adonai had said through the prophet,
23 “The virgin will conceive and bear a son, and they will call him ‘Immanu El.” "
(The name means, “God is with us.”)
John 14:1-6, 15, 21-26
"1 Let not your heart be troubled: ye believe in God, believe also in me.
2 In my Father's house are many mansions: if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you.
3 And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and receive you unto myself; that where I am, there ye may be also.
4 And whither I go ye know, and the way ye know.
5 Thomas saith unto him, Lord, we know not whither thou goest; and how can we know the way?
6 Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me."

It won't be long before Yeshua (Jesus) returns for His flock...

We Are Fearfully and Wonderfully Made by Adonai's Hands
A friend of mine posted something funny about trying to keep your eyes open while you sneeze.
This is the thought that God gave me:
God protects us even from the small things like sneezing. Sneezing means there is something in your passages that shouldn't be there and your body was made to sneeze it out. This could be dust, pepper, or some other seemingly harmless thing, or it could be bacteria from a cold bug or other harmful thing you body is sneezing out. It could also be you have a cold and your body is cleaning it out of you.
With all this in mind... is it any wonder why God makes us close our eyes when we sneeze so those harmful things don't get into our eyes as well and cause our vision to be damaged or harmed too?
This is a good lesson for life too: we should close our eyes to harmful (sinful) things and not even look at it. We should "sneeze" it out of our lives just like He made our bodies to do to the physical harmful things in our physical atmosphere. God is so wonderful and amazing!
Psalm 139:4-17
"4 For there is not a word in my tongue, but, lo, O Lord, thou knowest it altogether.
5 Thou hast beset me behind and before, and laid thine hand upon me.
6 Such knowledge is too wonderful for me; it is high, I cannot attain unto it.
7 Whither shall I go from thy spirit? or whither shall I flee from thy presence?
8 If I ascend up into heaven, thou art there: if I make my bed in hell, behold, thou art there.
9 If I take the wings of the morning, and dwell in the uttermost parts of the sea;
10 Even there shall thy hand lead me, and thy right hand shall hold me.
11 If I say, Surely the darkness shall cover me; even the night shall be light about me.
12 Yea, the darkness hideth not from thee; but the night shineth as the day: the darkness and the light are both alike to thee.
